Handmade and Vintage
This is the very first post to my first ever blog!! I am an Etsy member/shop owner/seller. I am giving this a whirl to see what comes of it. I am new to blogging (obviously) and I hope I can grab some reader's attention and entertain as well! Thanks for reading and I look forward to meeting all kinds of new people and fellow crafters, vintage lovers, and anyone else that might be of interest!!

Welcome to my new blog. I work in an Optical office and have always had a taste for vintage and antique items so it came naturally to open a vintage shop on Etsy! I am also a crafter and am looking at putting some handemade items in the store very soon. I love handemade and vintage so Etsy was a perfect score!! How many of you like antiquing and/or thrift shopping? When I was a little girl, my Grandma would take us (my sister and I) to all the second hand, thrift, and resale shops around town. It was the best thing in the world to us and still is!! Anyone remember the ice cream shop in Holland, MI called "The Sugar Plum"? It was always the perfecting ending to a day of thrifting....then off to treasure our finds for the day!!! Ahhhh, memories......
